Mike was professional and installed my dog door as soon as it came in. I live in a remote area in Tennessee and the drive was a non issue for him. My dogs are already using the door as only took a couple of tries and a few treats for them to get the hang of it. So glad I made the decision to get a Hale dog door installed in my cabin.

Mike installed an out of sight fence for my two dogs today, and his customer service is more than any customer could ask for. Not only does Mike do a tremendous job, but he also is a tremendous person that truly cares about his customers and their dogs.
